TTalentic

Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Talentic Screen at screener.taliq.cl: the account, the free trial, the evaluations you buy, and what you may and may not do with the service. You accept them when you first sign in; if you do not agree, do not use the service.

Last updated: 2 November 2026 (version 2026-11-02).

1. Who operates the service

Talentic Screen is operated by TALIQ SpA, Chilean tax ID (RUT) 78.530.863-8, a company incorporated in Chile with its registered office in Santiago, Chile ("Taliq", "we"). It is a Talentic product; the official site is taliq.cl. You can write to us at hola@taliq.cl.

2. Scope

These terms cover the site screener.taliq.cl and the evaluation service it offers. The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. If your organisation contracts its own Talentic deployment, that contract prevails over this document.

3. What the service does

You describe a role, upload CVs as PDF, and the service produces, with an artificial-intelligence model, a sheet per candidate, a comparison, a rubric with interview questions, and a downloadable report. Every candidate in an evaluation is scored with the same criteria, independently, and every score shows the evidence it rests on.

The result is a screening aid. It can contain errors, because a CV is self-reported and a model can misread it. Decisions about people are yours: review the sheets, verify in the interview, and decide yourself.

4. The account

You sign in with a Google account. By creating the account you declare that you act on behalf of an organisation that hires, or on your own behalf for that purpose, and that you are of legal age. The account is personal: do not share it. You are responsible for what is uploaded and done from it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, with notice unless the breach is serious or the law prevents it.

5. Free trial, evaluations and prices

Each account may run one free evaluation of up to 5 candidates, once. After that, evaluations are bought singly or in packs and credited to the account. An evaluation is one role with up to 10 CVs; the interview-guide add-on is chosen when the evaluation is created and charged per evaluation.

Prices are published in Chilean pesos on the home page and may change; the price you pay is the one in force when you buy. Purchased evaluations stay in your account until used, cannot be transferred to another account, and are not refunded in money once consumed. If an evaluation cannot be completed because of a failure of the service, it is restored to your account.

Payment is made through the methods shown on the home page. Until online payment is available, purchases are arranged and confirmed by email.

6. Your obligations regarding the candidates' data

Your organisation is the controller of the candidates' data you upload; Taliq processes it on your behalf and under your instructions. By uploading a CV you declare that:

  • You have a lawful basis to process that data and to share it with this service, and you have informed the candidates as your law requires (for example Chile's Ley 21.719, or Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR).
  • You will not use the score as the sole basis of a decision about a person, and you will answer the candidates' requests about their data.
  • You will not upload data of people who are not candidates for a real role, nor sensitive data that is not part of a CV.
  • You will not use the service to discriminate on protected characteristics or for purposes contrary to the law.

7. Acceptable use

The following is not allowed:

  • Creating several accounts to repeat the free trial, or using the service in an automated way outside the interface.
  • Uploading malicious files, attempting to reach other accounts' data, or interfering with the operation of the service.
  • Copying, decompiling or reusing the software, its prompts or its models, or reselling the service.
  • Using the service to evaluate people without their knowledge where the law requires informing them.

8. Intellectual property

The software behind the service, registered under the name "Talentic", is recorded in Chile's Intellectual Property Registry under number 2026-A-11827, and the name, design and texts of the site belong to Taliq. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence over them beyond using the service as provided here.

What you upload (roles, CVs, notes) remains yours or your organisation's; you authorise us to process it only to produce the evaluation. The results (sheets, comparison, report) are yours and you may use them in your hiring process.

9. Availability and retention

We do what is reasonable to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may change or suspend it for maintenance or security.

Each session (role, texts, notes, results) is deleted 24 hours after your last activity, 72 hours after creation at the latest, or earlier when you press Finish & delete. Download the report before that happens: a deleted session cannot be recovered.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Taliq is not liable for hiring decisions made with the help of the service, for errors in the results, for the inability to use the service, or for indirect damages. Our total liability for the service is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Chilean law, including the rights granted by Ley 19.496 on consumer protection where it applies.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect legal changes or changes to the service. We will publish the current version on this page with its date; if a change is material, we will show it to you at sign-in. Using the service after a change means accepting the published version.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the city and commune of Santiago, without prejudice to the rules of jurisdiction that the law establishes as non-waivable.
