Data & processing
What this service does
Talentic Screen scores CVs against a role you describe, produces a per-candidate sheet and a comparison, and gives you the result as a report. It is a screening aid used by you, the hiring manager, for your own process.
Who is responsible
You (your organisation) are the data controller for the candidates' data you upload. Talentic Screen processes it on your behalf, only to produce the evaluation you asked for. Anthropic (the AI model provider) is a sub-processor: it receives the pseudonymised text and, under its API terms, does not train models on it.
What is sent to the model
The text of each CV with direct identifiers replaced by placeholders (names, emails, phone numbers, national ID numbers, links, and personal-detail lines such as birth date or marital status), the role description, your skills list and your notes about the candidate. The PDF file itself never leaves this service.
What is kept, and for how long
The PDF is discarded as soon as its text is extracted. The session — role, extracted texts, notes, results — is kept so you can come back to it, and is deleted 24 hours after your last activity, never later than 72 hours after it was created, or immediately when you press Finish & delete. Your account keeps only counts (how many requisitions and candidates you used) and a sign-in record.
Your obligations
You must have a lawful basis to process the candidates' personal data and to share it with this service, and inform candidates as your law requires (for example GDPR Articles 13–14, or Chile's Ley 21.719). An AI score must not be the sole basis of a decision about a person; review the sheets and decide yourself.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, held in an isolated environment, and accessible only through your signed-in account. Every requisition is visible only to the account that created it.
